Client Meral Year 2021 Deliverables Brand Strategy Brand Positioning Tone of Voice Visual Identity Design Guidelines
The Sri Lankan fashion brand Meral was on the look for a simple yet international visual expression. As the name Meral means ‘female deer,’ we used the Sri Lankan axis deer as our source of inspiration for the pattern, which ties the visual identity together. Paired with a classic logotype in serif letters and a handwritten call to action, the tool box has plenty of elements to cover the needs of the brand. The visual expression may be varied but should always be kept playful and exclusive. For social media we created a catalogue of ideas for how to activate the brand and its stories.
